Customer Care Policy

At Wild Lilac, we aim to provide the highest quality service, care and products to all of our customers.

 

We understand that all customer needs are individual, and we endeavour to treat each circumstance with the necessary care. All staff are competently trained to meet these needs to their highest ability.

 

All staff will introduce themselves by name when interacting with customers over any platform and all customers will be treated equally and with respect. All communications will be dealt with in a polite and professional manner, and we expect this to be reciprocated by our customers.

 

All orders and enquiries will be dealt with in an efficient manner and as quickly as possible, within the constraints of staff and resource limitations and we reserve the right to refuse any orders which include unreasonable or impossible demands.

 

All orders will only be sent out after being checked for quality and with the necessary care instructions attached.

 

Any complaints and enquiries will be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance our company complaints policy.

 

Our overall aim is to ensure that we provide the best quality care and products to our customers and provide a service to them to the best of our abilities.
